CaseFirst is legal technology, not a law firm. It helps you organise and present information but does not provide legal advice or assess the legal merits of your case.

What a clear Case Pack contains

A useful pack is organised and consistent — not a strategy memo.

Your free Case Pack pulls together what you have entered in CaseFirst. Before you export or share, check that these building blocks are present and consistent.

  • Situation: a clear summary of what happened and the type of matter.
  • Parties: who is involved, with names you can recognise later.
  • Chronology: events in date order, including key correspondence.
  • Evidence: files labelled so each item’s role is obvious.
  • Amounts: figures that match across description, invoices, and outcome notes where relevant.
  • Desired outcome: what you are hoping for, in your own words — as a record of your goal, not legal advice.

You can frame the same pack “for my records” or “to share with an adviser” — the content is the same; only the heading on screen changes.

Remember: CaseFirst does not assess merits or tell you what claim to bring. A clear pack supports organisation; a solicitor can advise on law if you need that.
