CaseFirst is legal technology, not a law firm. It helps you organise and present information but does not provide legal advice or assess the legal merits of your case.

What we are

CaseFirst is an organiser for dispute facts — not a law firm, and not legal advice.

Not a law firm

CaseFirst is legal technology. It helps you structure a timeline, parties, evidence, and a Case Pack. It does not provide legal advice, representation, or an assessment of the legal merits of your matter. Nothing here creates a solicitor–client relationship.

Free forever vs optional paid review

  • Free: the organiser workspace, Case File Review (completeness), Case Pack export, and evidence ZIP.
  • Optional paid: one-time AI File Review (£9.99) — a file-quality / completeness check only. No subscription. No cut of any outcome.

You control what you send

You choose what to add to your file and whether to export or share a Case Pack. We do not automatically send your pack to anyone. Magic-link emails contain a continue link only — not case descriptions, party names, or amounts.

When to seek a solicitor

Consider speaking to a solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) when you need advice tailored to your circumstances, representation, negotiation strategy, or an opinion on legal rights and prospects. CaseFirst can help you get the file in order first; it does not replace that advice.

Important: CaseFirst does not assess chances of success, cite legislation as advice, or tell you what claim to bring. For related detail see About, Security, and FAQ.
